Aria is a product of Eclipse Dental Management, LLC ("Eclipse Dental Management," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains how we handle information in connection with this website, ariareceptionist.ai.
This policy covers our website only. It does not describe how we handle patient information on behalf of the dental practices that use the Aria platform. That relationship is governed separately by the Business Associate Agreement between Eclipse Dental Management, LLC and each practice, and by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). If you are a patient of a dental practice, please direct questions about your health information to that practice.
Information we collect
We do not ask you for information on this website. There is no contact form, no account signup, no newsletter subscription, and no demo request form on this site.
Like nearly all websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information each time a page is requested. These server logs may include:
- The IP address of the device making the request
- The date and time of the request
- The page or file requested
- The status of the response
- Basic browser and device information sent by your browser
These logs are generated automatically as part of delivering the website, and are used to operate the site, diagnose technical problems, and protect against abuse.

If you hold an account on the Aria platform at app.ariareceptionist.ai, we may send you email related to your account — for example, a password reset code you requested, or a notification about your account or the service.
All of our email is transactional. We do not send marketing or promotional email, and we do not use purchased, rented, or imported mailing lists. Email addresses we hold belong to people who created an account with us, or who were given an account by their practice administrator.
Our notification emails are written to tell you that something happened and to direct you to log in. We do not put patient information in email.
To stop receiving account email, you can have your account removed by your practice administrator, or contact us at the address below.
How long we keep information
Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period in the ordinary course of operating the website, and are then discarded. We do not maintain a separate long-term archive of website visitor logs.
Your choices
Because this website does not collect information you provide and does not track you across the web, there is little for you to manage here. If you have a question about information we may hold about you, contact us using the details below and we will respond.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Contact us to make such a request.
